All dishes are currently available both in restaurants (including the Kallio restaurant) and through Wolt. The Noodle salad and Buddha Bowl are available for both lunch and dinner. The Blue Smoothie Bowl has been removed from the list so far. We’ve added two new porridges to the menu and removed the rye cheese sandwich. Instead of the rye cheese sandwich, we are developing a new product. For example, a new Christmas porridge + mulled wine combo is available from 30.11. We have also updated both our selection of cold drinks and our selection of wines. We also bring a non-alcoholic Aperol Spritz can to Wolt for testing.
We have updated the menu for the winter. Go Nuts Noodle Salad and Barry’s Special Goat Cheese Salad have moved into hibernation. Replaced by Ready, Stable, Zen! Buddha bowl. The dish contains quinoa, sweet potato, cauliflower puree, hummus, avocado, pomegranate and edamame beans and is vegan, gluten free and nut free. Available Mon-Fri 11-20 and Sat 12-20.30 as well as through our catering service and Wolt.
In other news, the blue smoothie bowl, the Pina Bowlada is on hiatus until the summer. Instead we have brought back The Green Hippo Bowl, our green smoothie Bowl with spinach, mint, ginger, turmeric and banana and topped with homemade granola and berries. We’re also developing new smoothie bowl options and toppings, let’s see when we get them out of the labs.
The Noodle Salad, Goat Cheese Salad and Blue Smoothie Bowl return to the list 1.5, but you can order these dished for Catering for various occasions. We look forward to hearing feedback on our new Buddha Bowl and products in general!
